N.O.V.A. is the greatest FPS on the iPhone. It has great set pieces and excellent pacing, which never allow for even a slight drop in the exciting gameplay, save for an occasional calm-before-the-storm moments. The controls are phenomenal – you should have no complaints over its finely tuned control which allows for smooth movement.
Hands down the finest iPhone racing game since Real Racing, is Need for Speed: Shift. It offers superior single-player career with wonderful features that can keep you glued to the iPhone for many hours.
Fruit Ninja is a highly addictive action game. It’s an instant delight and one you may find yourself hooked into, a great way to spend $.0.99 cents and plenty of playing hours.
ZombieSmash isn’t just fully loaded with excitement; there are quite a handful of chuckles in here, too. Flattening living-deads with boulders and blasting them with the wrecking balls will result in goofy explosions and good laughter.
At less than $10, GTA: Chinatown Wars is a mere one-third of Nintendo DS’s version price, making it among the best action titles on the App Store, especially considering just how much fun it has.
